State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Through this section, you can submit a scanned certificate regarding the temporary suspension of activity to the State Statistical Committee.
Before submitting the certificate, it is important to complete the designated form correctly. (* - required fields).
After the statistical code is entered correctly, it is verified by the system, and if the statistical code exists in the database, the certificate submission section becomes active.
The certificate is accepted in jpg, png, and pdf formats, and its maximum size must not exceed 2 MB.
